Secret Tunnels - 100 feet down
The entrance to the government's tunnel network, from WWII.
Indeed, it is here where you'll find the real entrance to the government's tunnel network in an unassuming building in Craig's Court just off Trafalgar Square. Built to protect communication cables during World War II, the tunnels are around 100 feet below ground and pass from Nelson's Column, to the Houses of Parliament and beyond, even passing under 10 Downing Street where you'll find a lift into the PM's gaff...amazing!
