London's leading sausage maker - over 250 recipes.
The first Simply Sausages retail shop was opened in August 1991 in Smithfield Meat Market London by Martin Heap, chef, restaurateur and Westminster College cookery lecturer.
Four more stores were quickly opened immediately establishing Simply Sausages as London's leading sausage maker.
With the sausage market still an exciting growth area, Simply Sausages has continued to develop and produce many exciting recipes. The first menu listed had 24 varieties of sausages, but over the years has developed to over 250 recipes.
My pick of the bunch would be 'Beef and Guinness'..... very satisfying
